"Company Grinch," is written through the company's voice. It offers a look into capitalism v. humanity. The chorus, "Gonna let man go," implies that the company is willing to lay off workers, no matter how badly it may affect the well-being of the workers and their families. The male background vocals also represent the SCABS or strike breakers.
